        We had scheduled, what I considered, a difficult cleaning job at my brother's apartment in Oakdale. From the start, when I initially called SERVPRO for information gathering, everyone was so kind and respectful of my situation. I can not emphasize how much that meant to me as they met my every need and put me at ease during this time. The techs who were assigned to this job were professional, knowledgeable, and also helpful to my partner with assisting him in removing some of my brother's personal items, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning under the circumstances (my brother passed away unexpectedly before the scheduled cleaning service). Thank you all very much at SERVPRO who were involved with this job; Maija, Jared, and techs Cody and partner.

        Never a good thing to have your first floor flooded out with a washing machine malfunction but ServPro answered the call and really made it so much more bearable. From our initial contact over the phone, (Saturday night) we were relieved with the empathy and concern shown to our situation. As hard as it was to deal with this, we could tell the ServPro Team was "on it" to moved quickly to stop any additional damages and got the scene under control. And this was on a Sunday! After the first steps, demolition and restoration proceeded like clockwork. We were informed of each step along the way and the Team was very responsive to our questions and made themselves readily available. I would highly recommend ServPro should an unfortunate circumstance like this happen to you.
