I stayed here for a business fair. Service is good, staff is very friendly. Rooms are good too. There is a morning employee Kim, who not only is great in her job but also very friendly and polite. I have Gluten Sensitivity and I asked her about some items in breakfast, she made sure that I get the safe items. A must try place, they treat you like family.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot breakfast. Stayed two nights without any issues. Great pool for the kids and a hot tub for the parents. Priced slightly higher than competitor hotels.

I reserved a room directly through the website as I travel a lot and have had some headaches with 3rd party booking companies. I got to check in waited for someone at the front desk for about 10 minutes. Another woman came and was also waiting behind me. I booked a king suite with a hot tub as I have medical needs. She asked for my payment and I handed her my credit card that I use for all travel expenses including hotels. She informed me she needed the debit card on which it was booked. I was taken back because I travel very often and never had an issue. I told her I didn't not have it unfortunately. She was almost being rude and informed her I didn't have it again and she said next time bring it in. She messed up the room details I booked two times and I finally got my key. It was for a regular king suite no hot tub and only a shower. I went back down the desk and she said "Oh no, and we are sold out." I asked how we are going correct the situation and she handed me a card and said call the manager. So I started typing in the number in my phone and she said let's see if I can get ahold of her and we did. The manager did correct the situation however, I did not get the room I booked. Writing this review to warn others about any special accommodations you may need may not happen at this location.

The WiFi connection adventure with calling somewhere else to try to get connected with a voucher and giving them my IP address. Never did get connected. Noteworthy details: Internest stinks
