MSI Minneapolis

I am an interior designer and I took a customer to MSI yesterday to select their quartzite countertop slabs. We had a wonderful experience with Chris Burns who was amazing at answering our questions and making sure we saw all of the options for the slabs we came to choose from. The slab we wanted to see needed to be brought up on the overhead lift which, besides being really cool to watch, was done by the MSI crew with the upmost attention to safety.

We have a baby and both would like to pick out a countertop but will not let us have our baby in the showroom in his carseat. They wanted us to wait in the parking lot while the other one was in there and take turns coming in to look at samples. I understand children running around the showroom crying or screaming but a sleeping baby? What a joke. Business is being taken elsewhere.

Very helpful. Many countertops. Very agreeable to seeing specific slabs. They seem to contract through installers. Might be able to refer you to someone that can help install floors, countertops, tile, backsplash, etc.
