Preserve on Maine

I have lived at Preserve on Maine now for almost a year and have nothing but great things to say about the complex, their staff, and maintenance. I have just signed another lease with Preserve because not only is it a beautiful complex and pet friendly, but also because they are effective in communicating if maintenance needs to enter apartments for any reason (inspecting, maintenance requests, etc), and respect your privacy. This was important to me since my last complex would enter my apartment unannounced while I was sleeping with no notice, so having this respect of my space and open communication is something I sincerely appreciate about Preserve. Also, the maintenance team is honestly pretty quick for non-emergent repairs and have been by in a timely manner. I have only had one "issue" that I discussed with Amy and Jordan who were not only kind in their response but were quick to correct/address the concern I brought up. Lastly, Amy and Jordan have been truly wonderful and are enough on their own to live at Preserve. Both are friendly, accommodating, and open and I truly believe they want the best for their residents and treat them as family. The only "negative" thing I do want to mention that rent did increase on my last lease renewal so my biggest worry is that if rent increases each renewal that rent becomes out of reach and requires me to move. I would love to live here and not have to move throughout the remainder of my educational career so I hope it remains affordable. I will still always recommend preserve to anyone looking for a place to live.

Preserve on Maine has been a wonderful experience. I lived there for two years. I worked with Amy who made move in and move out seamless. Maintenance always responsive, and would fix anything same day. If I ever move back it will be to Preserve on Maine!

I moved out-of-state this past September after living in my 1bd/1ba apartment. If I didn't have to move, I would have stayed for the location (safe, quiet), amenities (club house, pool), clean property, and responsive/professional management. Preserve on Maine interior lobbies/hallways and exterior grounds were spotless. It is a very dog-friendly property, but you wouldn't know that from how well the grassy areas are kept (residents pick up after their dogs). I highly recommend Preserve on Maine!

This has been a wonderful place to live. Modern, well kept and great staff. Amy and Jordan are amazing! They are kind, professional and quick to respond to anything you may ask or need. I highly recommend Preserve on Maine!
