The Preserve at West Circle

Where's the luxury? Mediocre homes with no luxury appliances and standard apartment type kitchen cabinets. We leased over the phone and were bamboozled. Beware. We were told the home had a nice lot with a view and that all construction next to it was complete. This is important as my wife is here to have a liver transplant and needs rest and not a dusty noisy construction site. Upon arrival we realized the view was of the construction site and the foundations were not even it yet. It is a view of dirt/mud machinery and the noise involved with it! When asked about this, the response was that we signed a lease that acknowledged there was ongoing construction of the development and that "no construction next to our house" meant adjacent to it. There was another home available so we asked to least it because it was not surround by construction/dust and noise which is contraindicated after an organ transplant. Indeed dangerous. They refused to let us change our lease. It will cost 7K to brake the lease and nothing for them to let us rent the other house. I find this unconscionable to take advantage of us at such a vulnerable time. The first two days our smoke detector kept going off and needed to be removed until fixed. Yes, they removed it. The hot water burnt our hands and the porch and garage had not even been swept. I would not consider these luxury homes and have no faith in the management team, who was not honest with me. I have no respect for the developer who would not approve a change of lease to a healthier home for my very sick wife.

I just moved into the Preserve a week ago and I'm loving it! Everyone has been so helpful and such a welcoming group. The homes are exceptional - well built, thoughtful design, and the smart home technologies are not only convenient, but give me peace of mind for when I'll traveling for several days in a row. I highly recommend this place for short or long term renting - definitely check it out if you're in the market!

I would highly recommend moving to The Preserve at West Circle! The office staff was so accommodating, especially the sales consultant Sabrina! She answered every question I had and even put with me wanting to see the home twice after already falling in love the first time. The homes are A+ I cannot wait to move in late 2025!

My friend is the community manager here and I stopoed by to visit her this week and I must say the property is beautiful. Very nice design and finishes in the homes. I would 11/10 recommend. Go see my girl Jackie!

They're always ready to help with a smile, making the community feel like a tight-knit family.
