Racist!!! Willful racism when my black fiance can't walk in with my printed deposit slip and cash and they make him walk out and get a money order that costs 20 bucks to put money in my acct.

Ive worked for WF in retail banking, and in central sales. As I write this, Ive spent 25 minutes in the drive through, the teller was unable to deposit my cashiers check, and then 5 minutes to return my items. Literally the worst experience. Go anywhere else.

Let me start by saying I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 34 years. Considering a switch after my recent appointment at this branch. I went in to open a business checking account and was wrongly turned away for having incorrect articles of organization the banker (Maria Martin) clearly didnt know what she was talking about, instructing me on a wild goose chase to drive to the courthouse in MPLS to get paperwork fixed upon contacting legal zoom (the entity that filed my articles of organization) they cant understand why I was turned away. So now after a huge run around I have to either make an appointment at a different branch that knows what they are doing, or switch banks entirely Disappointed this huge branch is 90% empty and the remaining employees dont know what theyre doing.
