The girl with the blonde hair needs an attitude adjustment. If there is a miscommunication with the branch locations that is not the customers fault. Of course, being sent on a wild goose chase would frustrate anyone (customer). No need to roll your eyes. Make things better for the customer. This is a customer SERVICE position you signed up for, right?

Slow slow slow people!
Cant cash out a cashier check it has to br on hold for 7 business days?! Like what ? Its a cashier check its money front other person account into a a paper instead of holding the money the amount in hand. Its not personal check or job check to put a hold on it, its cashier check means money!!!! Stupid people not knowable dont go to this branch.
