Awful experience! The employees are very uneducated about store policies and how to do things, also have no knowledge of the products in the store. Tried to return something and was denied and when I called later to ask a manager about the return she was awful and very rude on the phone cutting me off and trying to tell me how things can be done, although I had already looked up store policy and knew she was lying to me. Needs new management and employees they have no respect for customers or the parole policies they are supposed to be following.

I went to Sallys today and it was the worst experience of my life. The lady followed me around side-by-side until I was ready to check out. It was uncomfortable. I am a black man living in America and this is how I get treated.

Went there yesterday to see what colors they had to dye my 10 year old daughters hair. We told the two girls working that kids at school werent very nice about her hair color choices and both girls made my daughter feel AMAZING. We didnt end up deciding on a color but we will drive the hour to go back just because of them. They made her whole day and made her feel so much better about wanting bright colored hair. They were the best!

Kind of disappointing I went to this Sally beauty and the cashier there kept telling me to get 2 nail polishes that way I could get one free but she ended up charging me for the 3 of them and didn't give me the discount at all even though I asked her if she did and she just simply ignored my question and sadly, I was naive enough not to check it and just realized it when I got home. Those were kind of expensive polishes, I wouldn't have gotten them without the discount.
