Supply chain constraints did delay the project but understand that is outside the company's control. The fence project turned out great and very good communication along the way leading up to the install date.

Contacted three fencing contractors for the Rochester area to include Apex Fence for an estimate to replace and install a six foot privacy fence with a sliding gate, and a four foot picket fence. The first no showed and the second showed up but didn't follow through with providing an estimate and wouldn't return my calls. Then came Apex Fence, "Jake" the owner, to the rescue! Jake was a very personable, friendly and professional. He was always prompt. He was very attentive to our desires and expectations and was wanting to please us. He shortly later provided us with an estimate. He was hired. The project was scheduled and started on time June 1, 2020, pre COVID. It took Jakes' crew two days to demo the old fence made of wood and concrete, which they hauled off all the debris with no mess left behind. Two days to set all the posts for the new fence and a full day to install the new fence. His crew was friendly, hard working, prompt and professional. They would answer any questions we would have without hesitation. Jake communicated with me throughout the entire process by returning my many texts and emails, and was very at tentative and responsive toward our desires and concerns. Specifically, the sliding gate we were pretty particular in it's appearance and functionality. Jake understood our concerns and expectations. He stated he personally will make it work and do what he had to do to accomplish the task no matter what it would take, which he did. The project was completed on time in 2020 and we were very pleased to say the least. We later wanted to replace another portion of an old existing fence like the previously newly installed fence, with the new sliding gate that Jake had previously installed himself. The material was ordered and the wait began due to COVID supply issues. The wait process lasted a good year. However, this was never due to Apex Fence. During this process Jake was again very at tentative toward our concerns and frustrations and gave assurances. Finally due to Jake's steadfast arduous efforts he was able to get the ball a rolling with the manufacturer and our material finally arrived. A short time later Jake installed this new fence and a new sliding gate that he developed himself. We was very pleased with it and it's functionality and still are to this day. Great quality and workmanship. We are very grateful for Apex Fence in the high level of quality in their work and professionalism throughout this entire process. It is very obvious Jake and his crew take a great deal of pride in their work and have great work ethics. We've had many friends and passers by asking about our fence and how beautiful it looks and the quality. My hat is off to Jake and his crew for an OUTSTANDING job and an awesome experience!
