        I was calling from Canada to have a delivery to a hotel for a friend who was going to be going to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. Trying to complete my order online was tricky (later found out it was the particular cc I was using). Called the floral department and placed my order. Great service and was very happy how helpful the ladies were. They worked with me to discover the problem was my particular cc, once that was rectified it was very smooth. My friend LOVES the flowers and Im really happy I could add cookies and chocolates so easily! Now if only I had known her luggage wouldnt make it I could have had so many more things added!! I would order again from Hy-Vee!!
