        Went in two nights in a row to try to get icecream for the kids. Friday night the kid working was sitting on the counter on the phone talking with a friend and was audibly upset that we had come in. We ended up leaving without ordering. Saturday night same situation. I wont be back!!

        Tried the new Frosted Pumpkin Bread which actually tastes just like what the name says, but in ice cream form and is now my favorite flavor they have. It is a part of their "new autumn in a cone" selection so I hope they keep it around throughout the whole year cause it's delicious! The staff did seem a little bored, but it was 8pm so I wouldn't judge them because I don't think I could "chop chop, fold fold" all day and not be a little tired of ice cream at the end of the day. Next time I think I'll try one of the other new flavors they have for autumn.

        This is towards management, not the staff. My friends and I stopped here for a nice treat in the hot weather. There was only ONE person working - Ron, I think his name is. He was so incredibly patient and kind - despite how busy it was. He was by himself on a SATURDAY, and yet he still managed to be efficient. The only reason this location got an extra star is because of him. To management, I genuinely hope you find the coverage to help the staff who have to be alone. Even if there were two people scheduled, and one called in, it is your responsibility to find coverage or help your staff - even just for a little bit. Its a reflection on you and your store when you dont somehow help your staff on a busy day. My heart broke for him. Many people know how it feels to be alone on a busy day, and its not fair to them. It wasnt fair to him.
