Kathy is an excellent lender I have worked with multiple times. On the purchase of my first home she was honest about not being able to match the other quote we had - which was a unique offer from another lender based on my job situation at the time. On our recent move, we did go with her offer and the process was extremely smooth. I would highly recommend contacting her if you're shopping for a pre-approval or mortgage.
