Bus number 604 on 4/19/23 hwy 52 North, Rochester. Cut across three lanes to make exit almost causing accident. Very unsafe and aggressive driving.

My husband works for this company. Yesterday, he collapsed and lost consciousness as he was walking out the door to go drive his afternoon route. While I was rushing him to the emergency room, I called to speak to his boss and let him know that he would not be in and told him what had happened. His response? "*Sigh* well I guess have him let me know about tomorrow morning" and then he hung up. Today, I returned a message to speak with his other boss because he had called to say that they could "really use him"... to drive a bus full of kids this afternoon...(24 hours after losing consciousness and still barely able to stay awake)to tell him that he would contact them later let them know about tomorrow, but as of now, plan on him not being there because he is still having a lot of issues. Also said that he would provide a doctor's excuse for yesterday and today. Was told well thanks but we would really like to hear from him (yes, I said he will contact you later.) And then was hung up on. And y'all let your children ride these busses? Say my husband would have gone to work today. Passed out while driving a bus full of 50+ children. That would be okay, right? I didn't think so.

Those that work in the office answering the phones are incredibly rude. I was just belittled and yelled at by a gentleman when I called to ask if the bus (which was 20+ minutes late) was going to pick up our son. Honestly, I cringe every time I have to call them for any reason. So disappointing.
