The office staff is professional, courteous and efficient. Corey (arborist) was punctual and knowledgeable during estimate appointment. Corey, Alex, Gus and rest of the crew worked well together as a team and were careful with the trees and yard. Their top notch equipment, expertise and technique produced great results with no damage to the surrounding yard/garden. They cleaned up everything as they went along. There wasnt so much as a twig left on the ground after they finished. Afterwards, Corey reviewed the work with me before leaving. Top notch work and reasonable rates!

ArborWise removed our condemned ash tree and replaced it in the exact same location with a native tree. They were pleasant and efficient as well as less expensive than other quotes I got. I was particularly pleased with Mitch Hoy, certified arborist, who walked our yard with me calling each tree by name and type and providing new information. They are also licensed in Rochester which I found out is important if you have a condemned tree. Services: Tree stump removal, Tree trimming & pruning, Tree planting, Tree removal

Mitch and crew were amazing! I am very impressed with the tree removal process from start to finish. They were on time, professional and did an amazing job cleaning up. They included an option to plant a new tree as well. I would highly recommend Arborwise Tree Care for any tree service!
