Farmers Insurance - Matthew Volgren

It seems I'm not the only one having this issue... Matthew was very responsive and helpful in getting the policy issued. The moment payment was received, I stopped hearing from the Agent. I have been repeatedly reaching out for paperwork so I can get my Contractors license (the reason I got insurance in the first place...) So ive been paying on a policy for months now that is of no use to me. The insurance carrier told me to contact the agent for cancellation. THE AGENT IS UNREACHABLE.

Stay away from this broker. Initially Matt was very responsive and helpful getting my policy setup. I was communicating with him directly on his cell phone and everything was fine, but the second the policy was created and he had the sale, he ghosted me. The building I rent from is repeatedly requesting a certain version of my policy insurance and I do not know what to tell them because I cannot reach Matt. It has been 5 WEEKS and I still have not heard from him even though I have left multiple voicemails and texts. Very unimpressed with his level of professionalism and would not recommend working with him.

Everything was good until Mathew took over would highly recommend looking for insurance else where. Canceled my service over 6 months ago and he has still been trying to charge me. Even after several times talking on the phone and him assuring me we were squared up.
