We appreciated the quiet atmosphere! We were able to chat with our friends and hear each other talk! The music in some places is so loud and distracting it makes conversation impossible. The food was good too! We had the ribs and they were meaty without much fat and very tasty!

I had a very pleasant luncheon/business meeting at Axel's Restraunt with excellent food and phenomenal service. Dietary restrictions: I noticed a varied selection of menu items so that many dietary restrictions could be handled with ease. Parking: Fairly large, well maintained, well lighted, surveillance cameras in use. Wheelchair accessibility: Kind of tight for wheelchairs, but seating inside restaurant could be rearranged to accommodate wheelchairs, and there is parking close to front door which is wheelchair accessible.

The food was not good tonight. My friend ordered the half garlic chicken and it came out raw and bleeding. When she told the waitress he took her plate, took the chicken off and gave her the plate back with raw juices on it. He put the raw chicken back on grill after she had eaten off of it and brought it back to her plate! Very unsanitary and terrible customer service! This should be a health code violation. The waiter did not apologize or speak to her about it. No manager came out or anything. For the prices this is unacceptable and she should have been offered a whole new plate.

The fried walleye was great. Appetizer onion rings and popovers were some of the best I've ever had. The service staff kept up with the needs of our large group. Parking: Near the front door.
