This apartment is the most secured place. The hospitality of the management is great. The maintenance is always prompt when you call for one. I will recommend it for anyone that is looking for a peaceful place to call a home.

I lived here for almost 3 years before I purchased a home. Rent was very affordable for a 2 bedroom. It is nestled in it's own entrance away from other buildings and is in a prime location. I could get to Target, Cubs and the parknride for metro transit in about 5 minutes by car. The building isn't the newest but it has an elevator accessible from garage to top floor. Our unit wasn't as updated but I believe they were updating some flooring for some units when I left. We never had any issues with neighbors and maintenance did a good job cleaning the parking lots during the winter. The underground parking was a definite plus for us to have all year round (extra $). Steve was always a great help to us while we lived there.

The only thing I mainly liked about this apartment complex was that the hallways didn't stink like cigarettes unlike other apartments, pretty quiet neighbors. I didn't like and wasn't really impressed with the units. Don't know how long they've been vacant, but they definitely do not smell very appealing. They smell pretty dusty and old, and the units have this old fashioned look, as in the walls and the tiles of the kitchen and bathrooms. The bathroom color really turns the mood off for me in my opinion, very tight space, very dull. I like that this apartment provides a balcony and an underground garage which is a plus. But the whole unit itself gave me a old motel and hotel vibe, not a homie vibe im looking for. I felt as if I couldn't breathe and was suffocating. These are just the reasons why I put in 3 stars. Other than that, the service was decent. I mean, this is only my opinion. Some ppl may like it, some won't. I won't say I will not recommend, because I respect what ppl like, and what ppl don't like, unless I've experienced it negatively firsthand being an actual tenant and a high possibility of service provided as a resident. It's up to u. But to me, I'll pass and move on to the next. Great location though, but too overpriced with what the units are like. I appreciate the time having to meet with me though to be able to get a chance to come see ur apartment complex ðŸ‘

"I lived at Dale Terrace for 4 years. I really enjoyed living there. It is a smaller complex with fewer than forty five units so it was nice and quiet. The secure entry was always decorated for the Season. That doesn't sound like a big deal but it does put a smile on your face. I never had any issues at all with my unit. My apartment felt like home to me. I loved the layout of my one bedroom unit. A large bedroom, walk through kitchen and a sizable private balcony which faced a courtyard with mature trees. I paid a little extra for underground heated parking and it was worth every penny. A very nice place to live in a great location. I eventually bought a house which is the reason I moved. I highly recommend Dale Terrace!" From Former Resident
