    I have lived here for about 7 months. When my boyfriend and I first moved in the management team consisted of two men who seemed to not care whether or not this place was successful. A couple months ago now though, we got a new management team who have already made AMAZING changes. We did have cockroaches when the men were management and they had Plunketts pest control come, but it didnt fix anything. It wasnt until Megan came and switched companies when the cockroaches were GONE. The hallways also really stunk. Im not sure what they did but they smell SO much better. The elevator I use has been out of order once since Megan got here, but before that there would be weeks upon weeks that it wouldnt work. Megan and her management team alway listen if there is an issue and does her best to make appropriate changes. Megan is definitely what is going right about this place!

    I have been here going on 3 years. The first 2 years was hell dealing with the office manager with all the lies. I have to say the new office manager and they other lady's has done a amazing job. They have shown that they care and when you put in a Maintenance complaint they jump right on it. I was plan on moving when my lease was up but since the new management has changed I decided to stay. The Improvements are coming alone and the place is starting to look better...

    I was really starting to think this apartment was a hopeless mess. You could never get a hold of anyone and everywhere you looked it was just trashy. However things have really started to look up and took a complete 180 in the right direction ever since we have gotten our new manager Megan and the other people in the office. People actually respond to my calls and my building has been looking much cleaner.

    Place reeks of weed INSIDE my apartment due to neighbors. Cockroaches have made their way into from the hallway to my clean apartment causing me to have to buy raid. Put in a maintenance request a when I first got here and the maintenance man came and looked and said he needed to get something never came back and marked it as complete, my wife came home to our door open and the maintenance man was inside because of an emergency and they never told us until she walked into a man inside OUR apartment. Will NOT be renewing lease.
