Beautiful building. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing I can say. My Dad was there from March to August of 2022. The entire management turned over 2-3 times while he was there (and again right after he left). They are dangerously under-staffed and poorly trained. Calls for help go unanswered and scheduled services are not provided on time. Other reviews Ive read seem to support that things have not improved. Took me 6 months to get $3k refund he was owed after moving out. I would not recommend any property owned by Jaybird Senior Living.

I have tried to contact the nursing coordinator for 2 days. Absolutely no response. If it takes them 2 days to contact me for questions, how long does it take them to help out parents when they need help. If they don't have enough staff, maybe this isn't the place we should leave our parents

As already shared, this place could be so good. Looks good on the surface. Constant turn over of entire admin and staff. The owners brag about red carpet treatment, but theyre the only ones benefiting from the residents money. Not much of anything is done when family and residents express concerns. Some try, but owners seem to be the driver if change and they seem only worried about their profits. Meal times are marginal at best and meals are cold and lack real nutrition. Laundry is lost and not managed properly. Dryer machine are packed with so much lint theres a real risk of fire. I see little pride in much of anything here. There are those staff who care, but they seem to be running a loosing battle and dont stay long unfortunately. When I visit my mom and I see how dissatisfied the residents are, it makes me sad. The residents rally together and are wonderful people. We often get the were under staffed, but oh well still charge you for services you are not getting. False documentation as witnesses by spouses who live together. This is absolutely unacceptable and is negligent treatment of our elders. Dont put your parents here.
