This place is amazing. After reading all the bad reviews I was skeptical on getting my phone fixed. My camera wasnt working and my screen was cracked. I went in to get it fixed, sucked I had to wait to get the parts in but after it came in, they fixed it no problem. Forget what all these other negative reviews say, Id go back to that store any day.

Do not get your phone fixed here. They dont use genuine parts and now my phone is trash. They were the ones who broke my screen after a camera lens was replaced. Would have rather just taken it to Apple to get it done correctly. What a hassle. I had asked if its going to work like normal before they did it and they said yes now my phone doesnt work correctly at all. Dont waste your time here.

I came in to get a new phone battery, and they were super fast. They also replaced my cracked, screen protector without me even asking.

This place has terrible customer service, and resolution skills . How are you going to claim that you have tech experts, and the product that youre getting fixed Comes back worse? I went in on a Saturday to get my camera lens fixed and I had to order the part overnight in order to get it fixed faster. Otherwise I would have to wait a week or two. When it comes in on a Tuesday as theyre trying to fix my camera, they damage my front screen and returned it back to me with Glitch lines. Mind you they never told me what the process was with how they would fix my camera lens all they did was make it seem like it was an easy fix. I never knew that they had to remove my front screen in order to fix my camera lens as I am not a tech guy and Im oblivious to this. Ive never broken any screens on any of my iPhones in the past so my friends suggested me to come here. I didnt know any better. When they return my phone and explain to me what happened they never gave me a choice on how I wanted to be compensated. All they did was say that they overnighted me a new screen and that they would fix it the following Thursday. How about you ask the customer how they want to be compensated not just assume? I was OK with just having my camera lens fixed because it was just one but Im not gonna have all these non-apple products on my phone as thought just makes the phone replica at that point. Last, but not least they tried to refund me the overnight cost I spent to get my camera lens fixed and the refund didnt even work. All they did was say come back and will try again when we fix your phone screen. This place is pathetic. How can I feel comfortable that you would fix my phone screen when you damaged it and that wasnt even what I was getting fixed that day? This place is a joke
