        The gambling manager manual I received for learning the course and for the exam were horrible notes. Different topics were scattered throughout the 250 page book. It was extremely difficult and sometimes impossible to find topics I was questioning. The exam was open book but it didnt even help because I couldnt find a thing in the book that was on the exam. I barely passed the exam and now know hardly anything on how to manage gambling because I only had one week to learn information. The gambling control board seriously needs to take a look at their learning program. People need more than one week to learn how to become a gambling manager and also need to upgrade and organize the learning manual so it is actually a useful learning tool.
