Ordered a part and received it damaged. I notified customer service and they said they would turn in a damage claim and let me know what to do next. They followed up with telling me they had one more piece in stock and would refund on return. Then sent me a Return Authorization slip and no return shipping label. When I asked for the return shipping label so I could get it done and the correct part in hand they told me they then had no more parts instock and no longer would be able to help me. So no return label. No part. Stole my money! Looking now to get the Attorney Generals' help in reporting this company as fraud unless they fix this ASAP! If so I will change this post to the what was done.

Ordered axle parts the beginning of March. Half of the parts they had in stock and half they had to order. They said it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery on the ordered parts. Every 4 weeks they tell me 4 more weeks. Its now the end of June and once again they are telling me 4 more weeks (end of July). There is no phone number to call but sometimes they do reply to emails. I would be willing to bet when July comes around they will once again tell me 4 weeks. I could get these parts next week through another supplier but they come together in a kit instead of sold individually through minnpar so I would have to return the parts I already received. Unfortunitly minnpar tells Me I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee if I Do that. So far I havent needed the machine so its taking up space in my shop and Im holding my breath. Do you think at some point they will admit Im never going to get these parts and return my money without charging me? Ya I doubt it too.

ordered part and it arrived quickly, found out its the wrong part and now have been trying to contact minnpar to get a authorization to return part. web site is down and cannot find phone number to call. very frustrating!!

I purchased an altenator for a man lift about six months ago. The online listing said 299 for the generic part or 599 for the authentic part. I went with the generic, but could not purchase, they then called and told me the price for the generic was also 599 and that the authentic was sold out. I get the part and it does not work. The customer support was unable to help me. I took it to an altenator shop, they informed me the regulator was bad and fixed it for $150. The company has told me they will reimburse me nothing. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Rachel was awesome! She exhausted all possible avenues to find a part we were in need of. Even though in the end the part could not be located. The fact that she kept in constant contact through out the process and was extremely professional. 5 Star work Rachel !
