My husband and I had Easy Landscaping build a retaining wall and privacy fence for our yard last fall. The gate post was not installed correctly and over the winter, the gate became unusable. I have contacted them several times over the last month to see if they will come repair it, but no one returns our calls or emails. It is so disappointing because otherwise they did a decent job, but the fact that they won't even acknowledge the issue or redo the poor work is beyond frustrating and will result in us having to hire someone else. We had Easy Landscaping reinstall a paver patio in our back yard. It was a big job as we had to tear up the patio without much notice, and we did not do a good job organizing hundreds of pavers. It was like a giant jigsaw puzzle that they had to reassemble. Jacob and the crew on site were all incredibly nice and got an enormous amount of work done quickly. We received updates along the way on expected completion times. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The patio is flat/ properly graded, it looks great, pavers are packed tight and well tamped down, and you can see the attention to detail. They did not take any short cuts. It was refreshing to have someone quote work, show up on time, deliver a quality outcome, and have everyone involved be really pleasant to talk to and work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Services: Walkway landscaping, General repairs, Driveway or walkway paving

Jacob and his team were great to work with, even with my highly detailed self who always has many opinions. :) Our front yard is completely transformed, and we are so thankful for their beautiful work! Services: Debris removal, Concrete breaking & hauling, Landscape site preparation
