I have been working at Superior Management Solutions for 6 months.  I started and I was very nervous about the entry level phase because I had very little experience.  Its so funny because now I am the top performing leader in the office.  I have passed up 3 leaders that were ahead of me.  The entry level is so important because as a leader, you have to lead from the front.  When my reps whom I  trained are struggling, I am able to help show them the way to be successful.  The best thing about the business as a whole is, that everyone including the Branch Manager started from the entry level phase.  There is so much growth and rapid advancement, that its unbelievable.  The clients that they have are not small companies, but Fortune 500 clients.  Its funny how people look for a career that they could love their whole life,  Well I have found it.  The pay is awesome! At entry level, I have made on average $800 a week.  The best part is that there is a base+commission.  The team is so supportive.  It is the best training that I have ever recieved!  Managers make a great living.  I am so excited for my future promotion with Superior Management Solutions.
