My fianc & I just bought our first home together this spring and we had Graham Kaun as our Mortgage Consultant from M&M Mortgage. Graham was nothing less than outstanding to work with as a first time home buyer. His informational videos he put together to give us an understanding on how the home buying process worked left us with a complete understanding on how everything worked. He covered every step from start to finish making us feel confident and comfortable with our first home buying experience. Once we found a home we wanted to put an offer in on he responded immediately like he was sitting there just waiting for us. No matter the time of day or even on the weekends he responded to us right away! He worked extremely well with all other parties involved in the process that they all raved about him telling us Graham was exceptional to work with and we were in good hands. I am the luckiest person in the U.S.! I found the absolute best mortgage broker in this country, and cannot thank him for his efforts sufficiently as he worked incredibly hard to make a very complex form of reverse mortgage work extremely well for me. In addition, his company supported him 100% in this effort. I have thanked him probably over 1000 times but thats not sufficient for what he did for me and with me. I must tell you his name is Norm Franzine, and if you can get a hold of him, U2 will be one of the luckiest people because he will work for you as hard as he work for me!!!
