Dr Patel administered a swab of pain reliever before administering the novacaine However the shots were painful and he just said Ill be done soon. He didnt wait very long before he began pulling out my tooth, I felt pain and so he administered more novacaine and I had shooting pain down my jar twice and made a sound of pain, he said sorry sorry sorry and continued. When he finished the procedure he said sorry sorry sorry again- very strange experience. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Though the staff was competent and efficient, the office was depressing and extremely outdated. The furniture was uncomfortable and springs worn out. It appeared the office had not been updated for at least 30 years. The receptionist's appearance was very unprofessional. The outside of the building also needed maintenance. I would use Twin Cities Oral again, but would never return to this office.

Great office staff. Dr. Downie was great. Explained things perfectly. The staff nurses were lighthearted and kind.

You guys have no idea how good these people are until you go. Omg. Amazing. Like heaven sent. The way the open my family up to their place of business is unbelievable. I wish I could write a book on them how amazing the experience was. This is Adam Davis and wifey Karis Brazier. We thank you and the owners and staff from the bottum of are heart they way they took care of my teeth and my family is 2nd to non and they are #1. I'm so happy my teeth are happy and my family is even more happy. I have a son he does not like people I mean he is only 2 but autistic so if you know how that goes then you know most don't like new people at that .. how comfortable they made are family. Almost got me in year to be honest. . so much I still want to say lol. I will always go to this place for teeth no question asked and I'll put my last dollar on it. Amazing gifted God of hands they have In that place I even was passed out getting teeth taking out and I guess I didnt know I was swinging on staff members lol funny not funny and pull the stuff out my arm. Lol. Good Lord. Luckily they are so profession they handled it correctly to be honest. God bless this company. Illl stop for now lol but I wish I could right more but it's 2am goodnight lol. Love peace and happiness and that is all I felt from this place amen
