        Ive been getting my removal for over a year now. I go between Woodbury and Roseville locations. Both offices are clean and well maintained. Staffs are very welcoming. The laser technicians are very kind and always makes sure I remember the after care. They do listen to your pain tolerance and will take breaks in between if needed and icing you through out the treatment. My tattoos are very light now and the one on my back is completely gone!

        Avianna from the Roseville, MN location is THE BEST. Ive been going to Removery for almost 2 years, so Ive had a number of nurses treat me. No one, I mean NO ONE, has put as much thought, care and expertise into my treatment sessions as Avianna. She takes her time to understand the ink saturation at each location on my arm sleeve. She changes the laser and settings to make sure the ink responds as it should. She is just, brilliant! Since working with her, Im seeing progress in areas that were not moving (ie. green ink on my shoulder). Honestly, she deserves a raise because she is raising the bar!!! So thankful to have found her!!
