        I was disappointed with my experience. I sent over documents to get our taxes filed, weeks later without any updates from them. I send multiple follow-up emails to get no response. It was a waste of our time and left us puzzled as to what to do with our taxes. We chose them thinking they will give us peace of mind as they advertise but was getting the contrary.

        Three years ago I switched to Kahara Accounting to do all of my payroll for my small business. Not only was the service cheaper than the large Payroll company I was using before the customer service is far better. I work with Jean Smith for our payroll and she responds quickly to questions and always has the payroll materials done on time. They will continue to have my business as long as I am in business. Great company to work with. Thank you.

      We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. Note: This taxpayer / business owner came to us very late in the summer of a very busy filing season. They never paid for, and were never billed for, any services.
