        Ive been leaving in this place for 4 years and its amazing when it comes to safety, its a beautiful place, and friendly people there and I love it I give this place than out of 10

        This apartment isn't bad, not amazing. It needs work. If you're not afraid of deep cleaning your unit weekly then you'll be fine. Some of the residents don't pick up after themselves, which makes the place look worse than it actually is. I enjoyed my time here. It's in a great spot for shopping and access to I94, not too busy but not rural. The landlords were always polite and knowledgeable, maintenance can be slow at times but they get the job done. EDIT: Please be aware this review is old and ownership of the apartment has changed. I hear utilities were added into the rent along with that increasing by hundreds as well.
