        I moved in last year August and I was so excited to live in the building because they were new, in a quiet area, kid friendly, and well modeled. After being here for over 7 months I truly wish I didnt follow through with it. When moving in and was asked by the manager to show proof of my pregnancy which I said was against HIPAA. We got approved and when we got into the apartment many things were damaged and not completed. The manager Tara insisted that she is to fill out the Move-In inspection sheet and that she does it for all the residents. I have had many maintenance issues since living here and it feels like I have to chase management down for them to complete the things Ive asked. There is a man who recently started and he has definitely made my experience here great as he is very helpful, and almost always available. He has looked over tenants packages and has even brought bigger ones up for me as well as helped me carry groceries up the stairs while I was pregnant. I would love a team that has the concern for tenants and the attention to detail he has. I love the apartment, but the rest of management has made me feel hopeless.
