Dunkin'

The donuts were great. The service was very slow and drinks were not completed in the order purchased. I was given the wrong donut not the one I ordered. I ordered an iced chai latte and was given a coffee drink. When I told the cashier both she and the barista insisted the y drinkable beverage was made correctly. I was not given a new drink or a refund. Just told I was wrong. I had this happen previously at Caribou where they cheerfully apologized and replaced my drink with one made correctly. At Dunkin Donuts I was just out my money and got no drink

They made my drink wrong. Instead of making a new one they "fixed" my old one. It resulted in the cup being too full. I watched the guy pour the excess in the sink. He poured out too much and then filled the glass with more ice to make it look full. It was good coffee but it would have been a lot better if it wasn't 90% ice.

Absolutely great experience! I didnt catch the name of the worker that took my coworker and Is order, but she was SO nice and patient with my dietary restrictions. The coffee is good for the price, and the donuts were also good for the price! Definitely recommend to try it at the very least. I got a medium and I dont think I have ever seen a medium this big before so that is always a plus!

I have no complaints about the food or the staff but whoever designed this place should be fired. Parking lot is small and has drive through in the middle of two banks of spaces that get cut off from line of cars, if you do manage to park, youre stuck, the bad design doesnt stop there. One single door used for both entrance and exit with the counter 3 feet from the door so if theres more than two people in line then youre stuck in a weird little entrance way constantly shifting to allow the door to open for those exiting. An awkward end of the counter with no designated area for waiting for orders that are ready. Layout inefficiency makes it take longer to get served. Not something I would expect from a huge corporation, if youre reading this dunkin, please use this location as an example of what not to do.
