Stopped in on Saturday 4/6/24 found exactly what I needed and wanted. Inky problem is there are no employees anywhere. They have removed all checkouts by the mall entrances so there is currently 1 on the main floor. This one had 8 people in line and a new cashier who had no clue what she was doing. After waiting 20 minutes in line. Dropped off my purchase and went to Target. Sad that JCP has gotten to this...also this is how I watched 5 people pick up stuff and walk out yhe door to the mall with none stopping them..... My prediction 2 years this location will be closed. Sad

No Hablo Espanol. Apparently the need to speak English isn't a requirement anymore. I walked in through an unlocked door before they opened (unbeknownst to me), I asked the Hispanic male at the counter a question and he just stood there and stared at me. Finally he said something in spanish. Then a white gal came out of the back and said "how did you get in here"! Though the unlocked door...duh.... She told me rudely that they are not open yet and I need to leave (rudely). You might want to post the hours on the doors and keep them locked if you don't want customers coming in. I had no idea the new retail start time is 11:00 am JCPenney's. Cancel my order please Pennys.
