        In the past Ive had great service. Today was far from that. Try saying welcome when a customer comes in. Be thankful they made it through your door. Be kind even if you dont have what theyre looking for.

        Southway Floral made this beautiful arrangement to represent my grandpa. I described my grandpa to Allie and this was the arrangement presented to me this past Saturday. The earthy colors and replica fish complimented my grandpa perfectly. Thank you all again!

        My husband and I stopped here very randomly. It was for a last minute bouquet of flowers for a birthday. It's a super cute shop with gorgeous flowers and decor. Prices are decent and the people working there were amazing! Very pleasant experience

        I loved the whole experience. The path around the greenhouse was big enough to look at everything around me. There were plants, flowers ,pots, bird baths, and misc. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind. It was the perfect place to spend my Friday afternoon.

      Good evening. I am the owner and apologize if you did not feel welcomed this Valentine's Day evening when you came in. I did say hello to you and talked for a little bit. We were helping 2 others at the time, you walked to the back counter and assumed I knew what you wanted. I tried to offer other options but you were non responsive to them. You walked to the cooler and then walked out without letting any one help you come up with any other options. Please accept my apologies and come back through the door, we truly are thankful you came in, and would love to make it right.
