Confusing parking lot. Pool went out before I checked in was not made aware of it (even though I requested poolside room) and offered no solution to fix this issue. Customer service was awful

The reserving rooms was bad. The front desk guy was rude and had an attitude over the phone. I should have gone to the holiday inn. The pool got closed down and the toilet in the room kept running, called maintenance and no one came, had to fix it myself. I've been here plenty of times before and seems to be getting worse. I would look around before booking here, and the room wasn't cleaned

The hotel room I stayed in was equipped with a shower overlay, a feature that, while perhaps intended to enhance the showering experience, presents a significant challenge in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Each time the shower was utilized, an alarming amount of black gunk would emerge from behind the overlay, a clear indicator of the accumulation of mold, mildew, or other unsanitary build-ups. This occurrence was not only visually repulsive but also raised concerns regarding the overall hygiene and safety standards upheld by the hotel. It is imperative that the hotel administration recognizes the severity of this issue and implements a more rigorous cleaning regime to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of its guests. Noteworthy details: The hotel will undergo significant reconstruction in 2024/2025. This is badly needed, and for now, I would choose a different hotel for any upcoming stay.
