So we booked a little weekend get away which we rarely get to do. I was more then disappointed when as soon as we get to our room you can hear loud stomping up stairs and not one kids but many, I have kids so I just let it go and figured by night time it would stop, nope running to and from the pool from the second floor and all around there rooms, the kids parents must of had another room or been drunk, given while there kids where doing this they where drinking in a business room right by our room. We didn't sleep well but didn't complain because we where here to see the city and do some urban exploration. Well by the second night being 5months pregnant I decided to see if they could at least switch us rooms , nope we where told there was a kids hockey team above us and there where no more rooms available come midnight still stomping. We didn't sleep well and got into an argument in the morning not even yelling , the front desk lady came and told us if we argued again she would call the police. Where was this energy for the obiously well to do hockey team up stairs that terrorized this hotel all weekend??? Absolutely repulsed . I did apologize for the argument happening which was at the most loud talking. But was met with a very rude response when we brought up the hockey team and the unfair treatment. I really hope the parents of those kids see this and the staff that they are more aware of other people and have respect for people who look different then you.
