I called Northstar exteriors to take a look at my roof and see if they could remove the black mold from my roof and then I met with Chris from Northstar exteriors and he said he could get rid of it and he did get rid of it. I am so very pleased that the mold is off my roof it was in several areas my house. It definitely looks better. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Northstar exteriors for your next job.

Customer Service PLUS! Chris cleaned ALL my many windows, inside and out, along with the screens. That is to be expected. And he did a great job. Also to be expected, this is what he advertises that he does. What he ALSO did was draw lines on the exterior of my cathedral living room windows with white acrylic paint pens that I had purchased from Amazon to deter bird strikes. And it IS WORKING. Prior to his doing the lines, I averages at least one bird strike a day. Now I have had zero. I work from home, so I can hear and sometimes see when this happens. I am so full of joy not to find tiny bird bodies any longer. The paint pens cost me maybe 6.00. I believe they will wash off the next time he comes to wash the windows, so he will need to re-do them. But they have not washed off in the rain. And my windows are so sparkly. The entire house is more fresh with the windows so clean. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

Chris was very professional and was very punctual. He was very honest about what needed to be done and completed the job beyond out expectations. We will be using his services again to have our gutters cleaned in the future.

Chris was very professional and thorough. In addition to a great job on our windows and gutters he was very fair, in his original estimate he gave us a range of what it may be, and ultimately the gutters needed less cleaning than expected and our final price reflected that. We will definitely use North Star Exterior Services again.
