Joseph's Pointe at Upper Landing

I'm a hard working parent, that was denied being able to live here after they had me come in and fill out the lease, saying i was approved. and then telling me 2 days later that i made to much money to live at there complex. they say they went by the fact that the overtime i worked put me over the cap. This place is only interested in the Tax credit.

This place is horrible, never live here management changes every month with new people who dont even have files. This place is not a good place to live. Do yourself a favor and never live here. All the stair cases smell like peee people pee everywhere youll pee stains in the hallway on your way to your apartment. Inside the elevator youll always find weird nasty liquid on the floor. Every week there is fire alarms at the worst times, mostly in the middle of the night or late at night. Homeless people sleep in side as well.

If I could give zero stars I would! Just so people are aware this place takes forever to respond to calls, voicemails, and emails. When they do finally decide to call or message back weeks later to tell you that you are APPROVED make sure you make your decision if you want the property within 24 hours because if you dont they WILL TAKE YOUR WHOLE SECURITY DEPOSIT and claim you are supposed to know this because it is in the very bottom of the main site page in terms and conditions. Also nobody told me I was 100% approved for the apartment nor did they ever give me a tour or offer one as well as leaving out that important information about the security deposit that everyone should be aware of. Beware of this total scam! My whole experience of trying to apply to this place was very unprofessional!

I don't live there. I know someone that does. The mgmt is NEVER in the office. People stealing other people's packages, FIRE ALARMS always going off. Not a good place to live in my opinion..
