        The manager of this place should enforce its rules more. I don't like to have a neighbor that willingly breaks the rules such as excessive sound after 10 pm, glass microwave plates and large toys thrown from 3rd and 2nd story( that glass could've killed someone). This place could've been more cohesive if people aren't bluntly littering, vandalizing, or making excessive noise. Please enforce your rules and agreement signed in the lease! It isn't that hard to enforce!

        I LOVE my new, Spacious Apartment! The only reason that I MAY NOT renew my lease is that the MAIN reason I moved in was that I was promised the pool/Sauna would be up and running (as advertised on the website also..,..It's a year later, and residents have told me pool has been out for years! I was shocked! New Management is great!

        This place is infested with roaches and mice. The water to the entire building gets shut off without notice multiple times per week without notice.

        This place is an absolute slum. They turn the water off to the entire building just about every day without notice for hours at a time. If you enjoy having access to water, don't live here.

      Thank you so much for your review Sally. I too was told the pool would be open but I learned after speaking to the owner directly last week that the pool is now permanently closed and will be remodeled to a fitness/pickle ball area which is coming last on the remodeling list. Notices will be going out to confirm this along with other plans for the property. I tolotaly understand your frustration and if you do decide to stay there is a LA fitness near by with a pool and hot tub! As always if there's anything you need please stop in or give us a call.

      Thank you for your review Kyle. As you are aware the property is undergoing major renovations and the water will be on an off as renovations continue to make Sands a better place. Notices about the water was posted a couple weeks ago and letters where also sent out. This happens periodically for short periods of time. We are sorry for the inconvenience the remodle is causing you. We certainly understand your frustration. We hope the end result of the renovations will please all of our current and new residents.
