Sir has done a fantastic job in securing the safety of the residents, made improvements in maintaining the cleanest of the building, cares about the residents feed back and concerns, most importantly he will go above and beyond to help residents with resources if needed. Great job Sir keep up the good work.

I would like to give Sir a ten star rating. He has help my children and myself get out the shelter with housing. Lewis Park it's a very nice complex I see Sir he stand on business. I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

The apartments have done an amazing job hiring someone who truly cares about the community. Sir has definitely made it a better environment to live in. Very attentive and always willing to help.

This apartment complex is not a good company to rent from. The property manager is so rude, unprofessional and doesn't care about his tenants. This property is not handled with care at all. They didn't have a maintenance man for three months. Each tenants had items that needed to be fixed. It's awful how the Manger doesn't even care about the tenants and about their safety. It's definitely not a good idea to rent from this company at all.

I moved into Lewis Park Apartments last November, I was a little skeptical about living here at first because I knew people who lived in the apartment years ago and this building used to have a bad reputation. The current apartment manager, Sir Nettles is awesome, he has been here for a little more than two years now and has managed to miraculously turn this building completly around for the best. Sir is very reliable and professional. He is very dedicated to his job and to all of the tenants. He addresses all our issues and concerns immediately. He cares about our needs and he takes our safety and peace very seriously. He is a great problem solver and he is always ready and willing to help us in every way that he can. He has really cleaned up the building and he continuously puts lots of time, effort and care into doing so. Sir is very understanding and fair he makes sure tenants feel comfortable and safe. He makes sure everyone's needs are accomadated. On random occasions and some holidays, he cooks for the residents. He even has created a food pantry, to help residents when needed, supplied a case worker for residents that need one, supplies free coffee every weekday in the lobby for residents and all maintenance is completed in a very timely manner. He is continuously working to improve the building on a daily basis. I believe that he truly cares for all the tenants and our living conditions and the time and work he puts into his job, shows how dedicated he truly is. I really feel at peace and safe with Sir as the apartment manager and I thank him for everything he does for Lewis Park Apartments and everyone who lives here. This is a great place to live because of his dedication!
