Been living here for the past 2 years and it's been great. I'm moving back to LA so unfortunately I have to leave. But management is great quick and responsive to any questions. Chance has been a lot of help with both the move in an out process

I was in a hurry to get a place here, and chance who works here helped me out to get a spot in 3 days! Hes an amazing individual, who will help you when needed! Definitely refer this place!

Very pleased! :) This is a rare find and I'm grateful to have come across this property while searching for my move. The studios here are very spacious and have in unit washer and dryers. There is a 24 hour gym for residents here and it is very clean. The location is pure gold as you are in close proximity to all of the essentials. The office staff here are very professional and reply in a very timely manner with inquires. The price point is also very reasonable! Amenities, parking, cleanliness, safety and price point are all worth it. If you're looking for a new apartment, definitely look into moving here. It is also surprisingly quiet for an apartment in the city. I am very happy to be a resident here! Big thank you to Chance !! He played a vital role in helping smooth my move.
