Omg they have the worst service ever! Very unprofessional and will lie in your face. Weve been waiting on our 950 reimbursement for over 3 months now and they will not pick up our call whatsoever.

My window was broken by workers employed by management here at the property Oct.5 2023. It is Nov 13 2023 and my window has yet to be fixed and or replaced. Packages are being stolen from the mailboxes and hallways on a regular basis and going unchecked because there are no working security cameras in the building. The current manager just started so she is in no way is responsible for Steven Scott management company's neglect and ill will towards it's tenants here at Larpenteur Villa. The maintenance of the180 building is being totally neglected. Larpenteur villa in it's current state is a absolutely terrible/shameful place to live. The hallways and common areas of the property smell like dog poop and piss/urine. Which is displayed all over the property. 99.9% of the pet/dog owners on the property allow their pets to poop all over the property including directly in front of the buildings without picking it up. This is done daily. Pets are allowed to run around the property unleashed including the pitbulls that are owned by several of the tenants here. This is being done with management being totally aware of these occurrences and or acts. Again it's a shameful display of just how little Steven Scott employees are actually interested in managing and or maintaining the property and just not collecting residents' rent each month.
