Lowertown Lofts

I I thought I had already put my review on Google for where I lived but apparently not! I absolutely love living here It has been wonderful and I have left every minute of it. The staff and the maintenance staff has been absolutely brilliant at their work. I love the apartment I love the amenities. I could go on and on and there is simply just not enough room here for me to say how much living here has truly enriched my life. I simply enjoy being in this building. It is simply wonderful amazing fantastic all of the great things that you can imagine about living about living In a loft imagine it and move in here.

Lived at the Lowertown Lofts a few years ago and had a great experience. Most recently (last week), I accidentally had a package sent to my old address there and the staff (Hawi) located it, printed out the return label and handed it to the UPS driver. (I live in a different state now and couldnt do any of that.) It has been about 4 years since I lived there, but their customer service remains excellent!! Thank you!

Lowertown Lofts is a high-quality, well-managed property. Common areas and shared amenities are always kept clean and fresh. Maintenance needs are taken care of promptly--every time I've put in a request, it's been addressed same-day or next-day. Submitting requests and payments with the online portal is easy. Leasing staff are courteous and provide a welcome presence in the lobby. Lowertown Lofts is a good value if you are looking for a well-maintained, low-stress place to live in Downtown St. Paul with historic features.
