Needed to get the brakes on one of our vehicles looked at ASAP. My usual shop was booked out at least a week. Had read some really good things about TGK. Called to see if they might be able to take care of us. They said they were actually making appointments about a week out as well. But they would likely be able to squeeze us in. A couple hours after dropping our car off, we had a full diagnostic for our vehicle. Brake fluid needed a flush and brakes needed to be re-bled. Got the car back the same day as promised. They certainly lived up to the reputation I've read about. I think I may have found a new shop for our vehicle!

The staff were very nice, but there was some miscommunication about initial repairs required that resulted in an extra trip to the mechanic. At first this was quite upsetting but the manager was willing to reach out and help to resolve the issues after the fact. It was good to see that he was willing to take responsibility and walk through what happened and how to make it right. In the end, I will be giving them another chance for future repairs required.

Put a new battery in the truck of my Cadillac CTS paid a little more but avoided the doubt and stress and hassle. Well done. A++++++
