VanGo has been my auto repair service since they opened six years ago. I recommend Vango to family and friends because of the quality work they do, the friendly owners and staff, the thoroughness of their work, and the excellent customer service they provide. I have never had a bad experience at Vango!

IF YOU LIVE IN HIGHLAND PARK, GO TO VANGO FOR YOUR AUTO NEEDS! Weve had our car at VanGo for service 3 times in 2024. First for breaks, then when my check engine light came on with a broken oil separator, and then this week for an oil change, filter replacements, and new spark plugs. Each time weve had them work on our car we have been incredibly satisfied with the entire process. Each staff member and mechanic at VanGo is so kind and helpful. Any call with an update we got was always very thorough and concise. I dont understand cars aside from the basics, but even I get what theyre telling me because they explain everything so well. They go above and beyond to help us and treat us and our car with so much care. I truly cannot say enough good things about this auto shop. When we went in for the oil separator, there was a point that they thought they wouldnt be able to help us past a certain point, but they got our car to a safe and drivable condition and recommended another local shop in the area that would be able to finish the work on our Volvo. The next day they called and told us they decided to upgrade their diagnostic tools for Volvos so they could finish the work we needed, which was done this week and completed today. When our engine light came on, they were able to get us in within 48 hours due to a cancellation and had that work completed within the day. They make the whole process so easy. I dont think Ive ever had such a pleasant experience when it comes to work on my car. THEY HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLE ALWAYS! If you live in Highland Park, or anywhere in Saint Paul, or quite frankly anywhere in the Metro, go to VanGo. Youll be so happy that you did. Theyll be our auto shop for anything they can work on as long as we live in the area!!
