        At about 140 PM on Saturday Feb 24 I deposited $300 that was a gift of charity at the Roseville Co. B Branch ATM. At exactly that time, while the machine was counting the cash, someone or something tripped the building sprinkler system. The ATM reset and I lost any credit for my now inside the machine deposit. I called customer service but they were no help and dropped the call on me. Meanwhile the fire dept showed up. Today, Monday morning the 26th, Roseville Co. B was CLOSED with NO SIGN on the door! I went to Lexington Ave at Lola the Branch Manager documented the situation carefully and immediately followed up with regional management. I was recredited the deposit. I was very impressed with her attention to detail . . .

        Yes this location can be a bit of a hassle at times but I have to give to this branch for trying at least some of the employees my banker she's an absolute charm everytime and her positivity always makes my day and nothing beats a great smile and charm

        Horrible attitude, I waited in the line with my car for drive through and they said they only takes walk up and I was told that I have to park my car and wait in the line again
