        Thank the heavens above for Branch Manager, Melissa. I had a very scary and unsettling fraud situation happen with my accounts . Melissa swiftly took action. She was compassionate, caring and gave me the guidance I needed. From the very first phone call with her I felt relief. She deserves a promotion!
