        I cant recommend this location more!! I dont know much about bikes and even though they are extremely experienced make me feel right at home. They are so willing to take on any problems with my bikes and help me understand each process. If I could give 6 stars I would!

        This shop closes at 5pm on Saturdays. As do the other businesses in this building. So when I went to meet a friend for dinner at 7pm it seemed reasonable that it was ok to park in that lot. When I came out from dinner ar 9pm my car had been towed. And I had to pay $340 (in cash) to get it out of the impound lot. Grand Ave is already struggling with several businesses closing and with unfriendly practices like one, its hard to want to do ANY business there at all. What a shame.

      Hi, Karen. We're sorry you had this experience however, Freewheel Bike has never called for towing after hours open hours. Independent tow truck drivers may patrol without our authorization, but we've never contracted for this service from any tow company.
