Element Gym

Ive been an active member at Element for 6 years. Its been the best gym Ive ever been to in my life. Even after moving 30+ minutes away I still make the drive because the community is so strong and the trainers are so good. I work primarily with Shane, who is awesome, but every trainer is top tier. Dont be afraid to check it out even if youre a beginner. Everyone will welcome you with open arms.

Polly is a fantastic coach/trainer. She pushes me but respects my medical limitations. Ive been working with her for 2+ years. I went from having no confidence or form to Polly telling me You look like you know what youre doing on the bags. Its always fun even on days that Im struggling. She, just like Element Gym, is very welcoming and safe. I cant recommend her enough.

I have had the pleasure of working with Coach P (Polly) for the last year. She is incredibly knowledgeable and strikes the perfect balance of support and challenge as she teaches me the elements of boxing. Element Gym attracts people of all ages, races, sizes, genders and fitness levels. I truly feel like I am in community when I work out there. My 16 year old son has built confidence and muscles by lifting with Coach Slink weekly. So grateful to have found this special place in Saint Paul!

The entire coaching team is AMAZING at Element Gym. A special shoutout to Coach Polly - she is EXTRA amazing! She is a wonderful coach to all boxers, but we especially appreciate her skills of training adults with Down Syndrome! Element Gym is lucky to have Coach P. and we can't imagine "Down to Box" without her!
