Jack built a new 2 car garage for us. He was very knowledgeable about what fearures should be included and did quality work. Was very reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner. All of the subcontractors he used were great too.

Jack is a one man machine! I had him build my garage. He did great work and did it alone in 100 degree heat. The subs he used for the concrete, electeical, and garage door were great.
The only downfall is I have one piece of siding that isn't staying and he has not come to fix it yet.
Other than that it was a great experience. He is a man of few words but a hard work ethic. Service: General building construction

We hired Jack the carpenter because he did our neighbors garage, and it seemed he did a pretty good job. He started our garage in Oct of 22, by clearing the land and pouring the foundation, and in the process, we saw them use many of our tools (shovels, wheelbarrow, our hose, and other things) from our shed, which they left laying around too. They used our garbage instead of hauling their trash away. My wife had a brand new rolled up piece of artificial turf that disappeared while concrete guys were there. Finally in the Spring Jack completed the rest of the garage. He uses the cheapest materials and stuff possible on the market. The shingles and siding are thin as paper, the garage windows are as cheap as cheap gets, the garage door opener the smallest cheapest looking one available. He does most everything himself and works like a maniac, just wanting to get it all done without regard to good craftsmanship or quality materials. In the end, we found blood stains on the interior of the service door which must have happened when door was laying down before install. Jack himself is extremely rude, arrogant and grumpy, and is not shy bluntly asking for payments. Would not recommend him to anyone. My biggest fear now is that the concrete will prematurely crack.
