Went there last week and lady was kind of helpful, language barrier, though. Went yesterday and THIS PLACE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Update your website to reflect this.

Worse experience of my life. Went in and purchased a new phone but no charger came with it. I Went back to the store to pay my bill today and the sales lady says all you get is a wire. Never told me this at purchase. Then has a friend in the store with four kids behind the counter cursing at me and being very rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend anyone to visit this store ever. Worse customer service experience of my life. Then threatened to call cops, when I said they shouldn't talk like that in front of kids. The friend had to be held back from coming from behind the counter screaming she'll kick my a$$. Disappointed

Arrived at the store a bit after noon. Sign on the door said "will be back in 30 minutes". No time was noted as to what time they left. I waited for 50 minutes and had to leave. Ran another errand and returned about an hour later. Employee had returned but was unable to help me with the SIM card i needed. If someone is going to be gone and leave a note. Put the time on you leave and return when you say you will. There is another Boost store on 7th St. in St. Paul. I will go to that store if i need to visit a Boost store again.
